We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Lahore - Gulberg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on bulk hiring. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple vacancies, ensuring timely and quality candidate sourcing and selection. The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 60,000 to 65,000 and requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Source and shortlist candidates using various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial call screenings and evaluate candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Manage bulk hiring targets effectively, ensuring recruitment goals are met within set deadlines.
- Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with bulk hiring exposure.
- Proven ability in job posting, candidate sourcing, call screening, and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
