Talent Acquisition HR

ABS International is looking for a motivated and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team at the Gulistan-e-Johar office in Karachi. Founded in 2009, ABS International operates as a direct US principal with a team of over 200 professionals and more than 16 years of continuous success. The role involves working closely under the supervision of the HR Manager and actively contributing to the recruitment process from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through CV databases, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews in English to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates to keep the process on track.
- Keep accurate and organized recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Support the HR Manager in daily recruitment and HR-related activities.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience during all stages of hiring.

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or recruitment support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates from diverse backgrounds such as HR, recruitment, BPO, call centers, fresh graduates, and students pursuing related degrees are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Ability to independently conduct telephonic interviews with confidence.
- Professional and composed communication style with strong interpersonal and candidate management skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
- Capability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic are required.

Candidates with O-Level or A-Level education who demonstrate strong communication and professionalism are also welcome.

- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000, which includes a transportation allowance.
