Talent Acquisition Manager – Karachi

Mars BPO is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding HR team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage the entire talent acquisition process effectively. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring targets.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust and active candidate pipeline to ensure timely hiring.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, track hiring goals, and assess team performance regularly.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports as needed.
- Support employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related activities.
- Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
- Previous experience managing or leading a recruitment team is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
