Talent Acquisition Officer (Call Center)

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team and contribute to building a high-performing workforce. This role focuses on managing recruitment activities specifically for call center positions, attracting top talent, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for call center roles.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates and build a talent pool.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit for BPO or call center positions is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective interviews and candidate assessments.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive salary package up to PKR 80,000 per month, reflecting experience and performance.
- Shift timing is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, suitable for candidates comfortable with night shifts.
