Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist - Night Shift - Johar Town

Search Solution Pvt. Ltd., based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join the team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for sales, business development, and technical roles. A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to final selection, is essential. The specialist will play a key role in identifying and hiring high-quality candidates who align with the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
- Recruit for various sales positions such as Sales Agents, Sales Closers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Lead Generation Specialists.
- Source candidates for technical roles based on company requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates’ skills and experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with management throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, providing regular recruitment status reports to management.
- Ensure hiring targets are met and recruitment timelines are adhered to.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for both sales and technical positions.
- Hands-on experience hiring Sales Closers, Sales Agents, BDMs, and Lead Generation Specialists.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site during the designated night shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
