Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO)

Mars BPO is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in building a high-performing workforce. This position requires managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent specifically for BPO and call center roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively screen and shortlist candidates while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various BPO sector vacancies.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels to meet hiring goals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Operate efficiently in a target-driven environment, handling multiple open positions concurrently.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
