Talent Acquisition Specialist

Axesell is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role operates Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. As a key player in our growth-driven organization, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting top talent for operations and sales roles. This position goes beyond coordination; it requires a strategic recruiter who treats hiring as a critical growth function. You will collaborate directly with the founder, taking detailed role briefs, defining ideal candidate profiles, and proactively sourcing and assessing candidates. Your goal is to ensure that every candidate presented is thoroughly vetted, qualified, and aligned with Axesell’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all operations and sales roles, including Amazon Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Catalog Managers, Graphic Designers, TikTok Shop Account Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for key positions, enabling rapid hiring when business needs arise.
- Take comprehensive role briefs, develop a deep technical understanding, and define the ideal candidate profile to guide sourcing efforts.
- Headhunt top performers from competing agencies and relevant companies, focusing on onsite roles beyond traditional job board applicants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial screening and technical assessment calls to ensure only qualified candidates reach the founder’s interview stage.
- Confidently negotiate salary terms and close candidates, including passive talent currently employed elsewhere.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and daily people management to ensure smooth transitions and professional handling of all employee lifecycle stages.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports using Excel, and leverage AI tools and agents to enhance sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience within a marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce agency in Pakistan, with strong preference for experience in Amazon-focused agencies.
- Proven track record of hiring for both sales and technical eCommerce/marketing roles.
- Solid understanding of Amazon and eCommerce functions, enabling technical evaluation of candidate fit.
- Demonstrated ability to headhunt effectively and negotiate salary confidently to close top candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, along with advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into daily recruitment workflows, with knowledge of AI agents.
- Excellent communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while keeping pipelines organized.
