Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to successful onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Post job ads on professional platforms, job boards, and social media
Actively source candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and shortlist a suitable candidate
Conduct initial phone screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
Communicate promptly with candidates and ensure a smooth process
Maintain and update recruitment software/ATS
Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Close technical positions efficiently

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2 year of proven experience in recruitment
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Experience in hiring for technical roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and calendar management abilities
Tech-savvy with experience using ATS and hiring tools
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Other Details

Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
