Join CerealBox as a Recruitment Specialist and play a vital role in hiring talented fundraisers who will raise millions of dollars to support life-changing causes such as feeding orphans, healing the sick, and empowering refugees. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and manage a comprehensive recruitment system that directly contributes to the organization’s mission of making a global impact. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with the team to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the recruitment infrastructure by writing clear job descriptions, building scorecards, designing interview questions, creating practical skill tests, and standardizing hiring stages and SOPs.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment operations, including building and maintaining an applicant pipeline using tools like Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or other ATS platforms.
- Track candidate progress through various stages such as Applied, Shortlisted, Interview 1, Task Stage, Final Interview, Offer, and Hired, ensuring objective grading and maintaining a talent database.
- Proactively source talent from platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and relevant communities; engage with top candidates and nurture relationships to maintain a warm talent pipeline ahead of role openings.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop KPIs, scorecards, and a structured onboarding plan for new hires during their first 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Availability to work during UK business hours with flexible working arrangements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with three days per week in the office.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in building recruitment processes and systems.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing platforms.
