Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join CerealBox as a Recruitment Specialist and play a vital role in hiring talented fundraisers who will raise millions to support impactful causes such as feeding orphans, healing the sick, and empowering refugees. This position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office per week and flexible working hours aligned with UK time. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the entire recruitment infrastructure, including writing job descriptions, building scorecards, creating interview questions, designing practical skill tests, and standardizing hiring processes and stages.
- Oversee recruitment operations by building and maintaining an applicant tracking system using tools like Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or an ATS. Track candidate progress through stages such as applied, shortlisted, interviews, task stage, offer, and hiring.
- Objectively grade candidates and maintain an up-to-date talent database to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Proactively source talent from platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and relevant communities. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates before roles become available to maintain a warm talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop KPIs, scorecards, and a comprehensive onboarding plan for new hires during their first 30 days.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Availability to work during UK business hours with flexibility.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, spending three days per week in the office.
- Commitment to a 3-month probationary period.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently and maintain organized candidate tracking systems.
