Tax Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join the Finance team at CureMD. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate tax reports, collaborating with various departments, and staying current with tax legislation to ensure compliance and minimize risk. You will play a vital role in optimizing tax processes, identifying opportunities for savings, and supporting the company’s overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income, sales, and other applicable taxes.
- Assist in developing tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and uncover potential savings.
- Conduct detailed analyses of tax accounts and work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Support tax audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and analyze intercompany transactions for compliance purposes.
- Provide tax insights and reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in taxation.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and international tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency with accounting software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work on-site during hybrid shift hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKST.
