Bilal Arsalan & Co. Chartered Accountants is seeking a dedicated Tax Executive based in Karachi with practical experience in Pakistan’s taxation system. This is a full-time position, not an articleship, intended for professionals who have previously worked in a CA firm, tax consultancy, or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing routine tax compliance tasks and is looking to build a long-term career in taxation, with opportunities to advance into senior tax advisory and client management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, Associations of Persons (AOPs), and companies
- Preparation of Wealth Statements and Wealth Reconciliations
- Utilizing FBR IRIS system for tax-related filings and compliance
- Preparation and submission of Sales Tax Returns
- Handling Withholding Tax Statements and performing reconciliations
- Preparation of accurate tax computations
- Managing notices and correspondence with tax authorities, including drafting basic replies to FBR notices
- Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with clients and ensuring timely follow-up on tax matters

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant tax experience in a CA firm, tax consultancy, or professional services firm
- Educational background in B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification
- Proven hands-on experience in tax compliance and related documentation

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
Candidates with experience primarily in bookkeeping, accounting entries, or audit but with limited taxation exposure may not be suitable for this role.
