Taxi Dispatch/Cab Dispatcher Customer Care

The primary role involves coordinating with drivers to dispatch the nearest cab to customers promptly while maintaining clear communication with both drivers and passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure the nearest cab is dispatched to customers efficiently.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers to monitor cab availability and status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
