Taxi Operator (Inbound UK Based)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time customer communications, efficiently handling bookings, and coordinating with drivers to provide a smooth and positive experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and process taxi bookings with accuracy
- Deliver professional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns effectively
- Keep booking records up to date and maintain accuracy within the dispatch system
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers to ensure timely pickups and service delivery
- Follow company policies and uphold performance standards consistently

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Excellent spoken English, preferably with a neutral or British accent
- Ability to work extended shifts, up to 10 hours as needed
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to perform well under pressure
- Demonstrated punctuality, discipline, and a responsible approach to work
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective problem-solving skills and professional conflict resolution abilities
- Goal-driven mindset with a positive and professional attitude
