Taxi Operator (Inbound UK Based)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time customer communications, handling bookings efficiently, and coordinating with drivers to ensure a seamless passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and process taxi bookings promptly and accurately.
- Deliver professional customer service while addressing and resolving client queries or concerns.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date booking records within the dispatch system.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to guarantee timely pickups.
- Adhere to company policies and meet established performance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months’ experience in customer service or a call-center environment.
- Excellent spoken English skills, with a neutral or British accent preferred.
- Ability to work long shifts of up to 10 hours as required.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
