We are seeking a motivated and organized Training & Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating professional development programs aimed at enhancing teaching quality. This position involves conducting training sessions, preparing instructional materials, collaborating with academic teams, and supporting continuous improvement in classroom practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver teacher training sessions, workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual training plans.
- Conduct training on various topics including teaching methodologies, lesson planning, classroom management, assessment strategies, student engagement, and educational technology.
- Develop training presentations, manuals, handouts, activities, and other learning resources.
- Coordinate logistics such as training schedules, venues, attendance tracking, and related arrangements.
- Collect participant feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare detailed reports on activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with school management, academic coordinators, subject specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Support teachers in applying newly acquired skills and techniques in their classrooms.
- Stay informed about current educational practices, pedagogy, assessment methods, and trends in teacher development.
- Contribute actively to academic quality improvement and professional development efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficient in IT and computer skills, particularly MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to prepare training materials, reports, and presentations effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and academic teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant experience in teaching, training, academic coordination, or professional development is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 40,000.
