We are seeking a dedicated and experienced education professional to join our team as a Teacher Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring. This role involves designing and delivering professional development programs, supporting teachers to enhance their instructional skills, and integrating innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies. The position is full-time and based on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and seminars tailored for teachers.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to teachers to improve instructional practices and classroom management.
- Observe classroom teaching and offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing teacher performance.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and assessment strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, instructional guides, and other educational resources.
- Introduce and promote innovative teaching methodologies and the use of educational technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.
- Stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education (e.g., Master of Education – M.Ed) OR a Master’s degree in a subject combined with a professional teaching qualification such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in schools, colleges, or universities.
- Experience in curriculum development, mentoring teachers, or conducting educational workshops.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and familiarity with curriculum standards.
- Expertise in classroom management and lesson planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach teachers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in developing training programs.
- Ability to analyze teaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and digital learning tools.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
