Teacher Trainer

Mixt Academy, a leading provider of high-quality tutoring services from Kindergarten through Grade 12, is seeking a dedicated and professional Teacher Trainer to join our team in Lahore, near Model Town Link Road. We offer instruction across multiple international and national curricula, including O Levels, A Levels, IGCSE, EDEXCEL, CBSE, IB, and AQA, through both in-person and online sessions led by highly qualified tutors. As part of our commitment to academic excellence, we are focused on enhancing the quality of teaching within our tutor network by implementing effective professional development and training programs. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced educator passionate about improving teaching standards and supporting tutor growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both new and existing tutors, focusing on teaching methodologies, curriculum standards, and best instructional practices.
- Observe tutor-led classes to evaluate performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Develop and implement training modules, lesson planning guides, and other teaching resources tailored to diverse curricula and student needs.
- Ensure alignment of teaching practices with academic guidelines, student learning outcomes, and company standards.
- Organize and facilitate continuous professional development (CPD) workshops to foster ongoing tutor growth.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and assess their effectiveness to inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with academic and quality assurance teams to identify learning gaps and address specific training needs.
- Support tutors in enhancing student engagement, communication skills, and classroom management techniques.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; a B.Ed or M.Ed is preferred.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching or teacher training, with exposure to O/A Levels or other international curricula considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of student psychology, classroom management, and contemporary teaching methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capability to train educators across various subjects and grade levels effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess training outcomes and manage multiple training cycles in a dynamic environment.
