We are seeking a dedicated education professional to join our team as a Teacher Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in teaching, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring. This role involves designing and delivering professional development programs, coaching educators to enhance their instructional skills, and supporting the implementation of effective teaching strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and seminars tailored for teachers.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to educators to improve their instructional practices.
- Observe classroom teaching and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching performance.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and assessment strategies.
- Develop training materials, instructional guides, and other educational resources.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and integrate educational technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest educational trends, research, and teaching strategies to ensure best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Education (e.g., Master of Education – M.Ed) OR a Master’s degree in a subject area combined with a professional teaching qualification such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in schools, colleges, or universities.
- Experience in curriculum development, mentoring teachers, or conducting educational workshops.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and familiarity with curriculum standards.
- Expertise in classroom management and lesson planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach teachers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in developing training programs.
- Capability to analyze teaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and digital learning tools.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
