We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring tutors to kickstart their teaching careers through our Free Tutor Training Internship Programme. This program is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills to become effective online tutors, even if they have no prior teaching experience. Participants will learn O & A Level curricula, develop online class delivery techniques, master lesson planning, and enhance student engagement strategies. The internship provides practical teaching guidance to prepare candidates for a successful tutoring career.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand O & A Level curricula to deliver quality tutoring sessions.
- Develop and practice effective online teaching methods to engage students remotely.
- Plan lessons that are structured and goal-oriented to meet individual student needs.
- Apply student engagement techniques to maintain interest and motivation during sessions.
- Receive and implement practical feedback to improve teaching skills continuously.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-standard tutoring services.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates, university students, or aspiring tutors with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in becoming a teacher and a passion for education.
- Effective lesson planning and curriculum development skills to design structured learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build positive relationships with learners.

- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi, demonstrating strong time management and professional conduct.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and basic educational technology tools is a plus.
