Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master O & A Level curricula to effectively support students.
- Develop skills for delivering engaging and interactive online classes.
- Plan lessons that are structured and goal-oriented to enhance student learning.
- Apply practical teaching guidance to improve student engagement and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve tutoring methods and materials.

Required Qualifications
- A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
- Effective lesson planning and curriculum development skills to create structured learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build positive relationships with learners.
- Relevant academic qualifications, preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related field.
- Prior classroom or tutoring experience is beneficial, especially in multi-level or exam-focused environments.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi, demonstrating strong time management and professional conduct.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and basic educational technology tools is advantageous.
