The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken English, strong outbound sales expertise, and the ability to mentor team members while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to U.S.-based consumers, achieving assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Build trust with prospects through professional, consultative, and customer-focused conversations.
- Understand customer needs, concerns, budget considerations, and enrollment barriers using effective questioning and active listening.
- Accurately explain program details, pricing, billing terms, available offers, and enrollment requirements using approved information.
- Handle objections related to price, trust, timing, and convenience, guiding customers toward appropriate next steps.
- Assist customers through the registration and enrollment process, coordinating necessary handoffs.
- Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and open opportunities to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, objections, next actions, and customer preferences.
- Lead by example with strong personal sales activity, conversion performance, and professional standards.
- Coach, mentor, and support sales representatives through call listening, role plays, structured feedback, and side-by-side coaching.
- Support onboarding and development of new hires, facilitating their transition into live sales environments.
- Monitor call quality, sales activity, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, and conversion trends.
- Conduct coaching sessions, calibration exercises, team huddles, and refresher training activities.
- Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve confidence, quality, and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with campaign leadership by sharing feedback on customer objections, team performance trends, and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ outbound phone sales experience with U.S. consumers and a proven track record of meeting sales and conversion targets.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading sales representatives in a call center environment.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural, and professional American-style phone presence.
- Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Ability to confidently ask for commitment and guide customers through the sales process.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and calling platforms, maintaining accurate records and notes.
- Ability to explain pricing, billing terms, discounts, and recurring charges accurately.
- Availability to work U.S. campaign hours, including night shifts.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to balance individual sales responsibilities with coaching and team development activities.
- Professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare enrollment, wellness, weight management, or other consumer-focused service campaigns.
- Background in subscription sales, self-pay services, lead reactivation, or structured U.S. sales campaigns.
- Previous roles as a Team Lead, Sales Coach, Trainer, or Quality Coach.
- Familiarity with GLP-1 terminology is an advantage.
- Strong sales and coaching performance will be valued over formal educational background.

This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on closing sales and developing others to succeed. Success will be measured by individual sales results, team leadership effectiveness, customer experience, call quality, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, coaching impact, team performance improvements, and adherence to campaign standards.
