We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage FTTH (Fibre to the Home) and GPON (OSP/ISP) projects. The role involves daily monitoring, reporting, and ensuring the timely execution of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project to guarantee smooth planning and on-time delivery. This position requires hands-on involvement in fibre plan creation and implementation, covering everything from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD), along with feasibility assessments for FTTH cases. Maintaining and enforcing the company’s quality standards throughout the deployment process is a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing vendors related to OSP/ISP deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily progress, generate reports, and ensure timely execution of FTTH and GPON projects.
- Coordinate effectively among all stakeholders to facilitate project planning and delivery.
- Develop and implement fibre plans from HLD to LLD, including feasibility studies for FTTH cases.
- Enforce and maintain company quality standards during project execution and deployment.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee OSP/ISP deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, or Computer Science, or a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Valid DAE diploma in electrical, IT, or telecom is mandatory.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, requiring in-person attendance at the work location. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000.
