We are seeking a skilled FTTH Design Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in FTTH network design and deployment, with a strong background in using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth. This role involves preparing detailed Optical Distribution Network (ODN) designs, verifying Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and Bills of Materials (BoMs), and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient project execution. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 and requires in-person work based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ODN designs using ArcGIS in accordance with PTCL design guidelines.
- Verify BoQs and recommend budget allocations based on finalized designs.
- Maintain and update project trackers and documentation.
- Collaborate with Survey and Design teams to select appropriate ODN components.
- Verify BoMs to ensure alignment with approved ODN designs.
- Provide technical support to deployment, planning, and operational teams.
- Optimize project costs by effectively utilizing available resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, Network Operations Department (NOD), Procurement, PMO, and Commercial Planning teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an FTTH Design Executive.
- Proficient in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth.
- Strong understanding of FTTH, GPON, and OSP implementation standards.
- Knowledge of FTTH network design and deployment, including Greenfield and Brownfield models.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

This is a full-time position based in Islamabad, requiring the candidate to work on-site.
