Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving strong performance through effective coaching and regular feedback.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for SDRs by identifying staffing needs and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to attract and select top talent.
- Cultivate a positive and accountable team culture grounded in collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and address shared goals efficiently.
- Identify areas for operational improvement, prioritize key initiatives, and implement solutions to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability in people management and leadership.
- A coachable mindset, open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
