Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), promoting strong performance through effective coaching and regular feedback.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for SDRs by identifying staffing needs and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to attract and select qualified candidates.
- Cultivate a positive and accountable team culture grounded in collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and address shared goals efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, prioritize key initiatives, and drive their successful implementation to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills coupled with proven people-management and leadership abilities.
- A coachable mindset with openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
