Team lead

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Design Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic creative services team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Federal B Area, Block 10, Karachi, near KK Mart, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, five days a week. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team while actively contributing to personal sales targets. This position involves managing sales campaigns across a variety of digital and creative design services, supporting team members to meet their goals, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the design sales team to achieve both individual and collective sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist team members in enhancing their sales techniques and client communication.
- Train new sales staff on company services and sales processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Plan and implement sales campaigns for a broad range of creative and digital design services.
- Generate personal sales through client outreach, follow-ups, and effective lead conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients using relevant platforms.
- Manage client inquiries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to improve team performance and increase conversion rates.
- Track daily and monthly sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and encourage team members to meet assigned targets.
- Address sales-related challenges proactively and work on improving campaign outcomes.

The role specifically involves managing sales for services such as digital art, custom illustrations, character design, concept art, graphic design, branding, fursuit and furry artwork, VTuber and VRChat designs, 2D and 3D design, animation, motion graphics, plush and merchandise design, as well as custom commissions. The candidate should be eager to learn about these services to better understand client needs and drive sales.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience; candidates with 1 to 3 years are preferred.
- Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Presentable, professional demeanor with confidence.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to learn new design services, sales techniques, and business processes.
- Capability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Experience in selling digital, creative, or graphic design services is preferred.

Working Schedule

Compensation

- Basic salary of PKR 15,000 per month.
- Team sales commission of 10% on total eligible team sales.
- Personal sales commission of 20% on eligible personal sales.
