Team Lead Onsite IT Support

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of technical professionals and manage projects from initiation through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and effective support and service delivery while driving project success. This is a contractual position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering skill development.
- Promote a collaborative environment that encourages mentorship and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to project requirements, technical designs, and deployment plans.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in End User Support (EUS) and IT Support environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage people and customer relationships successfully.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
