Team Leader - Insurance Sales

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our office in North Nazimabad. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing a team of 20 remote female sales agents. This role involves overseeing daily performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining discipline within the team. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and guide a remote workforce. The position requires the candidate to work physically from the North Nazimabad office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 20 remote female sales agents.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Maintain team discipline, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive the team to meet assigned goals.
- Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and performance management to team members.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in team leadership or sales supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage and monitor remote employees effectively.
- Must be available to work physically from the North Nazimabad office.

- Candidates must be willing to attend a mandatory face-to-face interview via Google Meet, as the hiring manager is currently based in the UAE.

Compensation
- Monthly salary range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
