Team Leader / Project Manager – MSME & Entrepreneurship

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee a business development and entrepreneurship initiative focused on supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, coordinate project activities, and facilitate entrepreneurship training to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing diverse stakeholders and driving enterprise growth within the MSME sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the MSME and entrepreneurship project.
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables to meet established goals.
- Conduct and oversee entrepreneurship and MSME development training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with trainers, specialists, local partners, and other project stakeholders.
- Support entrepreneurs and small businesses to enhance their business capabilities and growth potential.
- Provide expert guidance on business development, entrepreneurship, and enterprise expansion.
- Monitor project progress regularly to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit project reports, training documentation, and other deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with quality standards and donor requirements.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in MSME development and entrepreneurship.
- Proven experience in designing or delivering entrepreneurship and MSME training programs.
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Familiarity with projects in the Caribbean, Grenada, or similar developing markets is preferred.
- Experience supporting women-owned or women-led enterprises is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
