Tech Trainee - AI

Key Responsibilities

- Participate actively in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI projects, working closely with senior technology experts.
- Assist in developing AI-powered solutions that enhance various banking functions such as customer experience, operational workflows, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
- Support data-related activities including collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes leveraging AI and automation technologies to demonstrate potential solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business units to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development, testing, and validation of AI models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the banking industry to keep solutions innovative and competitive.
- Participate in hackathons, innovation challenges, and AI-focused learning programs to foster creativity and continuous learning.
- Prepare clear and concise project documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure all AI initiatives comply with the bank’s data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundational knowledge or interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python, and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies and methodologies within a dynamic banking environment.
