We are seeking a skilled Cloud Stack Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team on a contract basis in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cloud and networking, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships. This role involves working closely with a leading Chinese telecom client to ensure smooth delivery and support of cloud stack services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cloud stack services efficiently and reliably.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure thorough follow-up.
- Manage cloud stack version upgrades and coordinate related activities.
- Review Requests for Change (RFC) and provide support for change management processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly customer service reports.
- Analyze cloud resource usage and provide optimization recommendations.
- Conduct customer visits and provide on-site support when necessary.
- Support application go-live events and manage key milestones to ensure successful deployments.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in IT and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in handling technical issues and managing escalations.
- Hands-on experience in cloud Operations & Maintenance (O&M), service delivery, or cloud development.
- Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Huawei Cloud Service (HCS), or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or networking are considered an advantage.
