We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Automation Expert to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role involves designing, building, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation systems and client solutions, primarily for international and Swiss clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workflow automation, CRM integrations, APIs, AI Voice Agents, and business process automation. You will be expected to independently develop reliable, reusable workflows and automation templates that enhance lead management and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and maintain automation systems and client-specific solutions.
- Develop CRM and sales pipeline automations focused on lead management and business workflows.
- Configure lead capture, qualification, and automated appointment-booking processes.
- Create automated communication sequences via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Develop and manage AI-powered inbound and outbound voice agents.
- Integrate CRM platforms with calendars, APIs, automation tools, and third-party systems.
- Build workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, or similar.
- Work extensively with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and other third-party integrations.
- Design reusable automation systems and templates to be deployed across multiple clients.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and monitor system performance to ensure reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n automation platforms.
- Practical knowledge of AI Voice Agent platforms like Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, or comparable tools.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integration methodologies.
- Proven experience in CRM and sales pipeline automation.
- Ability to integrate AI Voice Agents with CRMs, calendars, and automated workflows effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to independently design scalable and reusable automation solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, CRM integration, workflow development, or AI-based automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Preferred experience includes at least 2 years working professionally with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs200,000.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Hybrid work mode based in Karachi, providing flexibility between remote and office work.
