Technical Business Analyst

RIKSOF is an award-winning agency specializing in AI-enabled solutions across mobile, web, and IoT platforms. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong technical writing abilities to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who can engage directly with clients to deeply understand their requirements and translate those insights into clear, detailed documentation such as SRS, BRDs, user stories, user manuals, proposals, and technology-focused articles. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in requirement workshops, scoping sessions, product demos, and solution design discussions.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Prepare user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), API documentation, and maintain internal knowledge base materials.
- Keep documentation updated throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes and new insights.
- Write technical blogs, articles, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content to support thought leadership and marketing efforts.
- Contribute to technical proposals, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support business development.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar hybrid role combining analysis and technical writing.
- Proven experience in creating SRS, BRDs, user stories, or software documentation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and user flow design principles.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to write clearly, structurally, and accurately on technical topics.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple projects and switch between business analysis and writing responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is required.
- Experience in preparing RFP responses is a plus.
- This position is based on-site, requiring in-person attendance.
- Competitive monthly compensation of up to Rs 200,000.
