Technical Co-Founder/CTO

Digical Solutions, founded in December 2022, is an emerging technology company focused on creating innovative and competitive digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of the technology function at Digical Solutions, setting the vision and direction for all technical initiatives.
- Define and lead the company’s technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct research on technology trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform product development.
- Identify gaps in the market and propose innovative technical solutions that differentiate the company.
- Generate and evaluate ideas for SaaS products, AI-driven solutions, software platforms, automation tools, integrations, APIs, and add-ons.
- Assess both technical feasibility and commercial viability of new concepts to prioritize development efforts.
- Develop minimum viable products (MVPs) and transform promising ideas into market-ready solutions.
- Lead solution architecture decisions and select appropriate technologies to ensure robust and scalable systems.
- Build and manage technical and development teams as the company expands.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as a CTO, Technical Co-Founder, or Head of Technology.
- Strong background in software development, architecture, and technology strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and think strategically about technology’s role in business growth.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, AI technologies, automation, and API integrations.
- Ability to evaluate market trends and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
