The Technical Consultant role involves providing specialized technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of technical capabilities for client transformation projects. This includes working on SAP implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support initiatives. The consultant will leverage advanced problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and execute tasks as an expert within the SAP technical workstream for various projects including implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support.
- Design high-level and detailed technical and integration solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and processes, ensuring solutions align with their objectives.
- Participate in technical and technology workshops to gather and refine integration requirements.
- Lead client discussions to define integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and test plans to guide the development team and ensure test-driven development practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Offer expert support across various projects and delivery engagements as needed.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives within large existing accounts, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Provide delivery support and manage escalation processes to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain active interaction with SAP and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration and support.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in SAP technical roles with a strong focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle SAP technical workstreams in implementation, development, and support projects.
- Strong skills in designing and developing integration solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Experience in client engagement, including conducting workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to write comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and test plans.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Strong communication skills to provide training and support to end-users and collaborate with stakeholders.
