We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer with 1 to 2 years of experience in producing clear, engaging, and technically accurate content. The successful candidate will have the skill to simplify complex technical information into easy-to-understand documentation, blogs, guides, and product-related materials suitable for both technical and non-technical readers. This role requires a detail-oriented writer who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that supports our products and brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and maintain a variety of technical documents including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
- Develop blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website content focused on technology, software, and products (considered a plus).
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Produce content that aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and readability standards (a plus).
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor content to ensure the material remains current and competitive.
- Proofread and edit all content to maintain clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Organize and structure documentation to enhance usability and easy navigation for end users.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a technical writer or technical content writer within a software or IT company.
- Excellent command of written English with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Markdown, or similar platforms.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new technologies, products, and software tools rapidly.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work well with diverse teams.
