We are seeking a Technical Content Writer who is passionate about cloud computing and AI, with the ability to transform complex technical subjects into clear, engaging content. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce content that educates and inspires our audience while supporting product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and write clear, technically accurate content focused on managed hosting, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure topics tailored for developers and technical decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to identify high-value keywords and topics, optimizing content to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure content accurately represents product features, capabilities, and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library that supports users in evaluating, adopting, and maximizing the Cloudways platform.
- Monitor key metrics including content accuracy, publication volume, organic search traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates from content to trials or signups, and user engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience writing technical content, preferably within cloud infrastructure or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including hosting, compute, and AI/ML infrastructure, with the ability to communicate these topics effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience applying SEO best practices to technical content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, supported by a portfolio of published technical materials.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across SEO, Product, and Engineering teams to gather technical insights and align content with business objectives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- This is an onsite role based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
