Key Responsibilities
- Lead all content creation efforts, producing technical blog posts focused on AI, SaaS, and software development. Content should be tailored for founders and CTOs and optimized for SEO.
- Develop supporting materials for performance marketing and sales development teams.
- Write detailed client case studies that clearly outline challenges, solutions, and results.
- Craft clear and persuasive website copy for service and landing pages.
- Build and maintain an Upwork portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Manage Arithmiks’ presence on relevant social media platforms, adapting tone, length, and format to suit each channel.
- Design simple visuals and infographics using creative tools to enhance content.
- Establish and maintain a content calendar from scratch to ensure consistent and strategic publishing.
- Source engaging stories by collaborating with engineers, turning technical problems, lessons learned, and industry trends into readable content.
- Conduct interviews with technical staff to ensure accuracy and depth in published materials.
- Utilize AI tools to draft, repurpose, and schedule content efficiently, exploring automation to maximize output with minimal manual effort.
- Support sales and outreach campaigns by providing tailored content aimed at generating inbound leads.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to produce polished content for US and UK audiences.
- Proven writing experience with a portfolio that includes blogs, articles, case studies, or LinkedIn content.
- Ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly without needing to write code.
- Strong platform awareness and the ability to tailor content for LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and other formats.
- Intermediate social media management skills, including experience growing or managing at least one account and understanding engagement metrics.
- Familiarity and comfort with AI writing tools to draft and edit content while maintaining a natural tone.
- Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword usage, headings, meta descriptions, and search engine functionality.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying topics, conducting research, and publishing content independently.
- Ability to track content performance and trends to inform future content strategies.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience writing for software companies, tech startups, or agencies.
- Background in AI, SaaS, or B2B technology content creation.
- Skills in design tools such as Canva and basic short-form video editing.

This position focuses on content creation and social media management rather than paid advertising or advanced graphic design. The role requires initiative in topic discovery rather than daily assignments and suits someone who enjoys making complex technical work engaging and readable.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore with some flexibility. Compensation is up to Rs100,000 per month. It presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced content writer with intermediate social media skills to contribute meaningfully to a growing AI-focused startup.
