Technical Content Writer

Arithmiks is an AI software agency based in Lahore, specializing in building custom AI products for clients across the US, UK, and Middle East. Our projects include Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, document AI, AI-integrated pipelines, and full SaaS products. While our engineering capabilities are strong, our presence outside our client base is limited. This role is designed to elevate Arithmiks’ visibility and credibility among founders, CTOs, and business owners in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Writing: Create technical blog posts focused on AI, SaaS, and software development, tailored for founders and CTOs, optimized for SEO. Develop supporting content for performance marketers and sales development representatives (SDRs). Produce detailed case studies highlighting client challenges, solutions, and outcomes. Write clear and compelling website copy for service and landing pages. Prepare portfolio pieces for platforms like Upwork that effectively showcase our work.

- Social Media Management: Manage Arithmiks’ company pages across relevant social platforms. Adapt content tone, length, format, and visuals to suit each platform. Use creative tools to generate infographics and engaging posts. Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

- Story Discovery: Proactively identify content opportunities by engaging with engineers to translate technical problems and solutions into accessible stories. Conduct interviews with technical staff to ensure accuracy before publication.

- Automation and Growth: Utilize AI tools to draft, repurpose, and schedule content efficiently. Explore automation solutions to maximize output with minimal manual effort. Support the sales and outreach team by providing content that aids campaign effectiveness and inbound lead generation.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent written English skills, essential for communicating with US and UK audiences.
- Proven writing experience with a portfolio that includes blogs, articles, case studies, or LinkedIn content.
- Ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly without needing to code.
- Strong platform awareness, knowing how to tailor content for LinkedIn posts, tweets, blogs, and other formats.
- Intermediate social media skills, including experience managing or growing at least one social media account.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools, capable of maintaining a natural, human tone.
- Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword usage, headings, meta descriptions, and search engine fundamentals.
- Self-motivated and proactive in finding topics, asking questions, and publishing content independently.
- Ability to track content trends and engagement to inform future posts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience writing for software companies, tech startups, or agencies.
- Background in AI, SaaS, or B2B technology content creation.
- Skills in design tools such as Canva and basic short-form video editing.
- Experience with scheduling and automation platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, Zapier, or n8n.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console.

Additional Information

This position is not focused on paid advertising or outreach strategy, which are handled by a separate team member. It is also not a graphic design role; simple visuals are expected, but complex designs are created by a dedicated designer. Topics are not assigned daily—you will be responsible for identifying and developing your own content ideas. This role suits someone who enjoys transforming complex technical work into engaging, readable content rather than posting trending memes.

Working Setup

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, with some flexibility. The monthly salary is up to Rs100,000.
