Technical Coordinator - (Operations Support)

Royal Signs & Awnings is looking for a motivated and adaptable Technical Coordinator to support the Project Management and Signage Estimating teams. This full-time remote role offers the flexibility to work from home on a U.S.-based schedule, Monday through Friday, with a monthly salary of PKR 40,000. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong mathematical skills, show leadership potential, and approach challenges proactively. The position involves diverse technical, analytical, and operational tasks without strict boundaries, providing a clear path for growth into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive cross-functional support to the Project Manager and Lead Estimator on custom sign projects.
- Conduct accurate mathematical calculations, verify material volumes, estimate costs, and validate data.
- Independently manage open-ended assignments by researching, troubleshooting, and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Track workflow milestones, coordinate deliverables across departments, and ensure projects meet established timelines.
- Review project specifications, site surveys, and blueprints thoroughly to ensure precise estimates and execution.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, improve standard operating procedures, and handle emerging operational tasks proactively.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Technical Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Estimating Assistant, or Project Support Specialist.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to support accurate calculations, data validation, and cost estimation.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret and act on ambiguous requests independently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong ambition to progress into management.
- Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and willingness to work U.S. business hours from a home-based setup.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver results without constant supervision.
