Technical Coordinator - PMO

ibex is seeking a Technical Coordinator to oversee the complete lifecycle of AI and enterprise integration projects. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, client engagement, project management, and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery from initial scoping through to production rollout.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and gather detailed requirements directly from clients.
- Develop effective solutions tailored to client challenges and requests.
- Coordinate implementation efforts across internal teams, including IT, technical, and operations groups, as well as external vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical implementation plans, timelines, and progress trackers.
- Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage client meetings, provide regular project updates, handle escalations, and conduct timely follow-ups with professionalism.
- Support integration efforts involving AI, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and readiness for deployment to mitigate potential issues.
- Oversee post-go-live support activities and facilitate prompt resolution of any issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in technical coordination or integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficient in working with REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies like Genesys or Five9.
- Experience with CRM and SaaS integrations.
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans.
