Technical Growth Marketer – AI & Revenue

VIDIZMO, an AI software company based in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer with hands-on experience using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. This role focuses on automating, scaling, and optimizing marketing and revenue-generating functions by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) not only as tools but as core business enablers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of software engineering and marketing expertise, capable of both coding automation workflows and applying them to market, position, and sell complex SaaS products. VIDIZMO’s product suite enables organizations to search, analyze, redact, and act on unstructured data across multiple formats, serving over 100 customers in sectors such as public safety, government, healthcare, finance, education, and more. The company operates primarily through a partner channel model, emphasizing customer and partner success over direct sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scripts and integrations (Python/JavaScript) connecting marketing and sales platforms such as CRM, CMS, analytics, email, and AI tools via APIs and webhooks.
- Develop custom AI agents and multi-step workflows using Claude Code.
- Implement and manage workflow orchestration pipelines (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom solutions) that automate content updates, personalization, and outreach triggered by product, CRM, or website events.
- Maintain version control, documentation, and monitoring of automations to ensure reliability without manual intervention.
- Assess build-versus-buy decisions for new automation needs and rapidly prototype solutions using AI-assisted coding.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of combined professional experience in software development and marketing/growth within B2B SaaS, including at least 1.5 years of hands-on coding (writing, testing, and deploying code) and 2 years in product/growth marketing or go-to-market roles.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (preferably Python or JavaScript/Node) and ability to read and adapt AI-generated code.
- Practical experience with REST API integration and familiarity with git/version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and AI chat tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok for content creation and research.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) at a conceptual level.
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex products and translate technical features into business value.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding buyer intent, revenue-focused thinking, and supporting sales enablement.
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, hands-on role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platform APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) beyond just user interfaces.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cron jobs/schedulers, or serverless functions for event-driven marketing automation.
- Proficiency in SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, and competitive intelligence tools.
