Technical Lead

Wissen Infotech is seeking a skilled Khronos MES L2 Support Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working with Khronos MES and related integration technologies. This role involves providing production support and ensuring smooth operation of MES systems integrated with SAP environments. The position requires strong technical expertise in MES platforms, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, as well as experience with APIs and middleware solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for Khronos MES applications, addressing and resolving production issues efficiently.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Khronos MES and SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.
- Work extensively with REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Handle middleware and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components to support system communication.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and analysis.
- Manage secure file transfers using SFTP and handle various file interface formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes to maintain knowledge base and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting Khronos MES or similar Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Proficiency in middleware/ESB tools for system integration.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience with SFTP protocols and handling file-based interfaces.
- Proven track record in production support roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
