Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Participate actively in collecting and documenting requirements for specific application modules. Work collaboratively across various business processes to identify linkages, dependencies, and necessary changes, ensuring clarity and structure in documentation.
- Solution Design: Assist in developing application solution designs for assigned modules under the guidance of the Project Manager. Ensure that designs align with both business needs and technical standards.
- Coding and Configuration: Review module-level code developed by the team, address technical queries, and establish consistent replication patterns. Collaborate closely with project managers throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle to maintain code quality and project standards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues by performing detailed root cause analysis. Modify software code as needed to fix errors, adapt to new hardware or software environments, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Implementation: Work with technical teams to validate configurations and support the integration of new applications. Manage dependencies during deployment and prepare user training materials and frameworks to facilitate smooth adoption and minimize transition risks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in software development and application solutions.
- Strong expertise in API and Microservice Integration.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business processes and technical teams.
- Proficient in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience collaborating through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
