Technical Lead L1(Contract)

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document detailed requirements for specific application modules, ensuring clarity and structure. Collaborate across multiple business processes to identify linkages, dependencies, and necessary changes.

- Support the creation of application solution designs for assigned modules under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.

- Review developed code for assigned modules, resolve technical queries from team members, and establish consistent replication patterns to maintain adherence to project standards. Work closely with project managers throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.

- Perform root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software code to fix errors, adapt to new hardware or software environments, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces as needed.

- Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate integration of new applications, and manage dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training materials and frameworks to support smooth adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in application development and support, specifically with AS400 systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform detailed root cause analysis.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle processes and best practices.
