Technical Manager

KGT Global is seeking a skilled and organized Technical Manager to oversee our technical operations and lead our team effectively. This role is based onsite at our office in Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, and requires working evening or night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in development or CMS, with up to two years of relevant experience, and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring tasks are assigned, monitored, and completed efficiently.
- Utilize tools such as Excel and Trello to manage tasks, generate reports, and track progress.
- Conduct research and development activities to enhance existing processes and technical tools.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Plan workloads effectively to balance team capacity and project demands.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to onsite work schedules during assigned shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Required Qualifications:
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in development or CMS.
- Hands-on experience with task management and reporting tools, specifically Excel and Trello.
- Strong research and development capabilities aimed at process improvement.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges promptly.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a technical team.
- Effective workload management skills to plan and distribute tasks appropriately.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during evening or night shifts.
