Technical Manager

KGT Global is looking for a skilled and organized Technical Manager to lead its technical operations at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This onsite role requires availability for evening or night shifts. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience managing technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing daily technical activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement within the department.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and generating reports to ensure accountability. Utilize tools such as Excel and Trello for effective task management and reporting. Conduct research and development activities aimed at enhancing processes and technical tools to improve overall efficiency. Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Plan and distribute workload effectively across the team to meet project deadlines. Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and, when necessary, with international clients.

Required Qualifications
A strong technical background in Development or Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential. Proven hands-on experience managing tasks and reports using Excel and Trello is required. Demonstrated research and development skills focused on process improvement are important. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently. Experience in team management with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide technical staff. Effective workload management skills to plan, assign, and monitor tasks. Willingness to work onsite during evening or night shifts, with shift options from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience communicating with international clients is highly desirable. Prior collaboration with software developers, designers, and QA teams to deliver projects successfully is advantageous. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
