TECHNICAL PERSON

Al-Burhan Enterprises is seeking a skilled and technically proficient individual to join our team in Lahore as a Technical Person. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with security and access control systems. This role requires expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of various technical systems, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient solutions in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure security and access control systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered at client sites promptly and effectively.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems to guarantee operational readiness.
- Manage field technical work and respond to site-specific requirements with professionalism.
- Diagnose faults and provide practical, hands-on solutions to maintain system integrity.
- Support ongoing installation and maintenance activities to uphold system performance.
- Ensure all systems are correctly configured and fully operational before handover.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or equivalent technical education.
- Strong technical and practical skills related to electrical and security systems.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proven experience with biometric devices, biometric door locks, fire alarm systems, tripod turnstiles, flap barriers, gate automation, E-Tag and barrier systems, and electric fence systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of the above-mentioned products and systems is mandatory.
