Technical Product Analyst

Located in Hyderabad, Telangana, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Analyst to work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. The primary focus is to translate product concepts and user experience designs into clear, actionable software requirements. The analyst will be responsible for developing and refining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. Maintaining a development-ready backlog and validating completed work against intended behavior before release are key aspects of this position. The candidate must be available during the engineering team’s core working hours to provide continuous clarification and support throughout the agile development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
- Translate product intent and UX designs into detailed epics, user stories, precise acceptance criteria, and validation plans.
- Manage and refine software development backlogs to ensure a steady flow of development-ready work.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with engineers to resolve ambiguities during active sprints.
- Ensure availability to overlap and actively engage with the engineering team during their core working hours.
- Utilize standard tools such as Jira and Figma proficiently.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and product workflows.
- Collaborate with QA teams during refinement to develop validation scenarios and tests based on acceptance criteria, ensuring delivered functionality meets documented requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive requirements that consider business workflows, technical dependencies, and edge cases. Experience in healthcare IT or health-tech is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software product analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related fields (BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA).
